With strong art and design professional background and a BS in Sociology from Buffalo State College, Nica adapted to new-age photography by becoming a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified drone pilot and since mastered real estate photography.

Nica’s work is visible all over Western New York as she’s served thousands of clients, but her shots can also be found in various military magazines and a Saint Joseph’s Day cookbook.

Peter has over 13 years of Real Estate Technology and Marketing experience being the Chief Technology Officer for the Buffalo Niagara Board of Real Estate as well as its Multiple Listing Service. He has over 25 years in Technology experience as a Systems Engineer.

As a total tech nerd, he loves drones and has been a Certified sUAS Pilot since 2017 and has created over 870 YouTube videos that feature Real Estate, Landscape/Cityscape views used in TV and Commercials. His YouTube Channel has over 220,000 views.
