Our Story

WNY Digital Solutions began with a clear purpose: support real estate professionals with dependable, high-quality digital services that match the level of excellence they bring to their clients. We saw that realtors are juggling a lot—showings, negotiations, client relationships, continuing education—and strong digital support simply helps them amplify the work they’re already doing.

We started small, providing listing media and branding for local agents who wanted their marketing to reflect their professionalism. As the relationships grew, so did our services. What stayed constant was our focus on clarity, consistency, and trust.

By specializing in real estate, we’ve been able to build solutions that fit the unique rhythm of the industry. Our work helps agents present properties confidently, maintain a polished online presence, and keep their marketing running smoothly without adding extra stress to their day.

    Justin Wahowski

    CONTENT SPECIALIST

    Justin joins our network of companies with 15 years of experience producing digital marketing campaigns and creating video content in Western New York.

    Most recently, Justin worked as a marketing producer at WGRZ Channel 2 here in Buffalo where he served for 14 years.

    During his time at WGRZ, he won a New York Emmy and received two additional nominations for his work. He is also a 27-time GEMA Award winner and a NABJ Award recipient.

    In addition to being a licensed drone pilot and completing all photography and Matterport assignments, Justin is also our go-to for walkthrough videos and all other video marketing content.

    Sam Szafranski

    CONTENT SPECIALIST

    Sam joined WNY Digital Solutions in 2025 with nearly a decade of experience in photography, videography, drone piloting and editing.

    With a deep history in the industry, including six years as a marketing producer alongside his partner here at WNYDS, Justin Wahowski, at WGRZ, Sam entered the field after earning a degree in Media Production at SUNY Buffalo State College.

    In addition to knowledge and experience in all video and photography equipment and software, Sam has stayed at the forefront of AI to assist with his artistic and creative marketing and social media efforts.

    Jeremy a dynamic professional with 25 years of business management acumen and extensive experience as a real estate sales expert.

    With specialized talents in photography, drone operation, video marketing, and Matterport technology, Jeremy is able to create captivating visual assets and compelling narratives.
